I saw Millicent for a few sessions and she's very, very helpful! She gave me a lot of insight into an issue that I was dealing with at the time.
I came in to contact with Dr. James through a personal reference. After a few weeks of sessions, I must say that I have seen a vast improvement in my life. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for some number of years. I still have a long way to go but I'm happy that I begun counseling with him.
