On September 21 2023 , I took my father to the emergency room at Christiana Hospital in christiana, del for a melt heath evaluation. When I advised the ER staff of the events leading up to r visit, they did not seem to be concerned of my father’s well-being , not keeping an eye on him, letting him come and go in and out of the emergency room waiting area and he also was free to walk around the ER parking lot several times on are 8 hour visit.
