Very disappointed. My boss was kind enough to find this counseling for me set up the appointment and pay for it. I showed up on time. All I knew was the counselors name. She came out of her office never said a word to me looked around and went back in the office. Sent my boss an email saying she couldn't take more clients. Then charged the cc for my visit I sat there almost an hour. I couldn't get a hold of a real person on the phone to help me. I contacted my boss to make sure I was at the right place/time. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Christian Heart. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they demonstrate tremendous understanding and a deep care for all of their clients. We’ve sent many people from our church here as well who reflect back to us the same. The counselors are well-trained and provide compassionate guidance based on Christ-centered principles for a wide variety of challenges.
