I went here for a year and a half back in 2016-2017. It was good for a little bit but then I felt like I was drifting apart from my therapist and that she really wasn’t putting much into it anymore. It felt like I wasn’t being heard or cared about anymore so I decided to end therapy here. Otherwise it was great at the beginning. She basically told me I was making up my problems and I felt so invalidated and dismissed.

Kara Aguilar is an exceptional listener with a lot of compassion and wisdom to share. I never knew it was possible to heal. I never had hope until I started working with her. She has been (extremely) important in my recovery, and video visits are convenient, too!

Highly advise staying away from this company. Disorganized and don't hold consistent scheduling.

I’m sure she’s a great therapist but just turned out not to be a good fit for me. And I overall do like the company otherwise.
