Wonderful experience !! My husband recently had a sinus surgery with Dr.Head,he was very understanding, and reassuring. The surgery went as planned with no issues. All staff at their office was very friendly, and made the scheduling process very easy. I would recommend for any and all Ears Nose Throat.
Worst doctor ever he might be okay with minor things but anything major I do not recommend him
Dr Head is generally a nice guy until he gets asked too many questions. I saw him take out a tube in someone's ear out because it failed, and said he did not. After getting home I whipped out my ear camera and cqn you guess what was there? A big hole. Can't go under water or take a shower without ear plugs. Thanks Dr Head, maybe stick nose and throat from now on, instead of ears. With all these complaints, you'd think there was a class action going on.
My 12 year old autistic daughter decided it would be a good idea to stick a ball bearing from a fidget toy in her ear. The doctors at the ER tried and couldn't get it out so they referred us to Dr. Head. He was amazing and reassuring to both me and my daughter and booked us an appointment at the hospital for a procedure to remove it. I was nervous but everyone at the hospital was supportive and amazing. Dr. Head removed the ball bearing and my daughter is healing nicely.
