Saw the ratings online and felt good about the firm. Went in had my taxes done and everything looks fine but unfortunately, I cannot get a pdf copy. It has been three months now. Called Mr. Gonzalez several times and he wouldn’t answer my calls. Used my work phone to call him and immediately got an answer.
