Glenn is the great therapist.
I haven’t been in around a year (& attended for about 4 months) , but I never had a negative experience with any of the reception staff/counseling staff, etc. Appointments were as often as I wanted them, services were on time, don’t recall ever having a negative interaction. I stopped going because of issues unrelated to the counseling services received.
Posted ads that intentionally omitted the religious nature of the Organization. Predatory business practices deserve bad reviews. Why not say so? We live in the Bible belt. Being transparent about this would, by all accounts, bring you more business, not less. So why not say so? Why would you want someone to contact you unwittingly? Rude front desk. Disorganized. Waited fifteen minutes and walked out because no one even said one word to us about what we were waiting on.
