Very honest people that are genuinely trying to help you! I decided to consolidate with them and it will now take me 4 years to pay off my debt instead of 12.They really work with you so you can have the best results. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!
Representative on the phone, after receiving all my sensitive personal information, fails to mention there is a monthly maintenance fee, while constantly reassuring she already went over this fee. I had to refuse signing the contract because I didn't want to agree to $29 monthly maintenance fee that I wasn't aware of. But, now they have all my sensitive information.

We have attempted to reach this consumer over the phone but they haven't returned our phone calls so we can try to find out what happened exactly. Our office doesn't charge ANY fee's to the consumer for the Debt Management program the consumer wanted help with. We are sorry that there was some miscommunication with our office and we attempted to discuss this with her via telephone without any luck.
