The lady that answers the phone is very rude, I wasn't done talking and she hung up because my husband was saying something on the back ground. I didn't even get to say everything I was calling about. But certain things Should Not be said on the we bus and my kids use to get off the bus at 4:30 and now they get off at 5:05 pm i would like them to ride bus 180 again. Whoever switched up bus schedule is ridiculous especially since they get off way later. And lady that hung up on me was very rude.

The policy of 8 second stops is ridiculous. The bus can only wait 8 seconds before they are made to pull off. I am unsure of why the timeframe is so short but that is what I was told. The bus has been 10 minutes late before but we are expected to have the kids outside waiting 5 minutes before the expected time of arrival. lol this place don’t care about any of your concerns. Rude as hell. Especially the lady that usually answers. Tell you whatever to get you off the phone. Always want parents to be considerate of the bus drivers while ya’ll inconsiderate of us. As a parent I’ve dealt with many bus drivers but not until i got here i realized how rude they could be. Like damn we can apply questions or concerns for the person that we’re giving our child to?
