I was on the phone with my case worker and she thought I hung up the phone and I heard her talking about me like a dog to the other worker there smh I had to tell her I was still on the phone and then she tried to apologize
Turned in a judge signed court order to lower my child support over two months ago. Two months later it isn't changed, and they are holding close to $3,000 of my money in a hold account. Horrible service for both parties. Can never reach anyone over the phone nor can you expect a call back or email if you leave one for your case worker. Just what you’d expect from Hoptown.
