Wonderful experience highly recommended
The reception staff Efe was rude. Every time I spoke to her, she told me to wait. It seemed that she got a lot of work to do so that she was unable to respond the customer promptly and professionally.
What an absolute waste of time this practice is, really think twice before you book an appointment here. This is not somewhere you want to be spending your money or time trying to get help. They’ll cancel your appointment and take your money.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Christian psychology clinic. I reached out twice requesting an appointment to see a psychologist, but both times my messages were completely ignored. I had hoped for a caring and compassionate response, especially from a Christian based service, but sadly that wasn’t the case. It’s disheartening to be left without any acknowledgment or support when reaching out for help.
