I have had a great experience at this place. I had difficulty finding a counselor that didn't have a long wait time to be seen and that would take my insurance. I called Christian Counseling Center on a Friday and was seen the following Monday, and they accepted my insurance. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a valid reason why I missed an appointment. I was hospitalized due to pneumonia. My husband called the office to let them know and we were told that it wouldn't count against me as a "no show". My husband also told them to cancel the next two appointments because I was sick and they confirmed it was done. I get a letter in the mail sating they dropped me because I didn't make the appointments. So, I'm sick, can't breath and on oxygen and this is what I get. Not Christian like and no compassion.
