Apparently it is ok for a therapist (Alicia Schultz) cancel on you last minute 1:56pm with an appointment that day 6pm but when you do it they charge you a $60 dollar no show/late notice fee. I have tried to speak to a supervisor but this appears to be my only recourse. Do not give them your billing information as they steal your money.
