We were able to find a therapist quickly and agree on a reasonable rate (at that time not covered under insurance.) My only disappointment was on billing. I paid in cash but still received a billed for the appointment. When I called to address the issue I only got a voice mail. After a week of phone tag, I just gave up and paid twice so the bill statement would stop. Make sure you ask for a receipt if you pay cash and do not send cash via the mail for payment.
