Decided to bill us for 2 minute phone calls (1 to inquire about RX refill, 1 was just a question about something), $125 each, 2 years after the fact. Didn't even run anything through insurance. 0 stars.
Extremely unreliable office staff. If you need to call you might as well forget about it if it’s within 2 hours of closing time. And if you call and schedule a telemed appt you might receive a call from doc you might not. Front desk is no help at all with any questions etc. and it’s very hit and miss if front desk answers your phone calls. *** Update as of June 29 2026 this will be the second consecutive MONTH of not having ability to get ahold of anyone in the office for med refill.
