The communication between family and administration was deplorable. They don't answer phones and lie about calling. Facility does not have any identification on patients. They took my mother to get dialysis instead of the right patient. No hot water was in facility; they're heating up water in a bowl. My mother ended up having bed sores, urinary tract infection and COVID. They allow anyone to enter without temp cks and they don't test employees or patients. Mother was resident in long term care unit and health rapidly declined within a year, she subsequently died. She'd complained that she could no longer walk, probably due to being left in a wheelchair. Now my mother in law is a resident there in long term care and within 8 months health has declined and has been sent to hospital twice. This last hospital visit the staff said before they could examine and treat her they had to clean her as she was dirty and sores on her legs and buttocks.
