I was here between 2010-2012 I loved it …
My child of interest is there because he cannot make good decisions. So, what do they do? He gets to decide whether he takes his prescribed me medications. He gets to decide whether he goes to school. He gets to decide if he will attend group sessions. Now, they are removing him because he will not engage. What do they expect? He is NOT capable of making a good decision. Also, the staff does not communicate with each other. For the price they charge, I would expect more.
Poor communication within the organization and with the families., Does not help children who truly need help for self safety and the safety of others. Does not give resources to get help when they fail. The cost is extremely high for 0 help. They give children with mental health the right to chose medication or not, the right to go to school or not, and the right to refuse any sessions. They fail.
