I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! Fair prices, excellent communication, and truly kind-hearted people—especially Mike. As a Virginia Tech student living in Blacksburg, my wife and I took a trip to Roanoke on a Sunday to explore the city. Unfortunately, our car broke down, and nearly every repair shop was closed. Mike at Christian Car Repair Inc., lied to me! He told me that he would have my van fixed for me today! Cause I told him that I needed it fixed by Monday, cause me and my wife have to work? I called him multiple times before he closed and he would not answer his phone! I am really really pissed off!
My family and I drove from NJ to Roanoke for Mother’s Day weekend. The day we arrived my son accidentally put diesel gas in his Honda accord. I found Christian auto repair online. I explained what happened and they came to where we were staying and towed the vehicle to their shop the same day I called. They fixed my son’s car in a timely manner and did not overcharge us. We drove back to NJ with no problems. 4 stars and two thumbs up for this shop. Mike was vey courteous
Me and my son were stuck in Roanoke on a Sunday morning trying to make it to Nashville in time to see my other son play a gig. Nobody was picking up. Only Mike came through. Ended up spending a pretty special two hours with him while he ordered a battery, repaired a broken terminal, showed his car collection, and sent us on our way. Dude saved the day.
