Good communication and professionalism
I have used Christian Brothers a lot over the last few years and have been fairly pleased with the service however we recently had a car with transmission issues that were took in to have it looked at and the initial cost to check it out was $150 but then they said they had to do additional diagnostics so the car could "talk" to them and tell them what was wrong which was another $150. Everything about my experience at Christian Brothers automotive was just lovely. From the way I was greeted to the great atmosphere in the very pleasant waiting area with uplifting music playing. The service was good, quick, fair price …overall a great experience. Nice people. I was happy to find out Christian Brothers was more than just someone’s last name.
