I recently came in for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed by the team at Christian Brothers. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the front desk was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful through both check-in and check-out. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-quality customer service these days. They took great care of my car and made me feel like a valued customer. I’ve owned plenty of Volvos in my life, and know how expensive a specialist can be. Jordon is very knowledgeable, and she was able to find new brakes and rotors for my Frankenstein car. Took my car in to get it checked for a "long distance road trip." Diagnostic alone costed $195, which I thought was incredibly high compared to other locations I've done that at. Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues.
