My son went in for a routine oil change and everything went good. A week later all the oil in his car was expelled from the car. We had it towed back to the shop in a Sunday night.Monday morning They looked into and it was a cracked O ring. They took care of fixing it on them no one was sure how that happened to the o ring. Cody and Doug the owner were on top of it and very kind and helpful. I’m so happy the entire car wasn’t a loss and that these guys stepped up and made everything right. We got a second opinion ( from a Car Dealer, no less!) which we are grateful for. They did not nickel and dime us. They gave the same service with Brand name parts plus the labor for $1000 less. Will probably not use CB again.
