My experience was a rough one because parts I needed ended up being a lot more than I originally anticipated but thankfully Tyler helped me through it very gracefully. Not many times would I come back as a repeat customer just based on an employee but I absolutely would in this case. Would recommend 10/10
100% recommend! TYLER is who I spent the most time with directly , but everyone who answered the phone was WAAAAYYYY toooo nice ! I absolutely love the customer service , 1 on 1 interaction with really getting into details on what needs to be done , and why. I love the vehicle overlook when the service is completed. GREAT experience. Tyler is awesome — super friendly, explains everything in plain English, and you can tell he’s genuinely honest about what your car needs (and what it doesn’t). I’ve dealt with shops in the past that talked down to me or tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but that’s definitely not the vibe here. I have never seen a more honest and transparent auto mechanic shop in all of my life. They provide immersive details including pictures and educational videos for everything they find on your car.
