My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive has been nothing short of amazing. The service manager (Brian) and tech (Joe) a the West Chicago location are the most honest, straighrforward and professionals that I have worked with in quite some time. My wife's poor 2019 Ford Ecosport was towed in with severe engine damage due to a failed component. EXCEPTIONAL!!! From the first phone call to my first repair. Everything ran so smoothly. I was taking very good care of by Joe, Brian and Kevin. I don’t know the techs that worked on my car but my car is running EXCELLENT after they fixed it. Joe helped me with my warranty, and that helped me tremendously! I have never been to an auto place where everyone is so friendly and helpful. I know that sounds unfortunate but it’s true. I love that they drove me home and picked me up!!! Sooo convenient!!! DEFINITELY my new go to plac... read more

This was my first time visiting this site and I must say I am very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and pricing satisfaction. Highly recommended. The staff is top knotch.
These guys are amazing! I needed a second option before buying a truck, so I made an appointment for a PPI, expecting a simple yes or no as to whether I should go through with the purchase, but these guys when above and beyond to list everything going on with the truck, showing me anything of note on the truck, and explaining the risk and reward for if I went through with it. They were extremely professional, and super nice. Will definitely be going back. 10/10 service
