I scheduled a vehicle inspection and ID/OD inspection with Christian Brothers Automotive and had a great experience. They were able to get me in the very next morning, offered a shuttle to take me home and pick me up, and had my car ready right on time. The inspection was thorough, and they explained everything clearly. No high-pressure sales at all—just professional, polite service. I would definitely recommend them.
I am blown away with the incredible service. I really put myself in a pickle by not noticing that my oil needed to be changed a while back and with a trip planned out of town I needed the service to be completed, same day. They were very kind to my request and prompt to getting my oil changed. They treated me with respect and dignity, which sometimes can be hard to find in a male dominant profession! Clean facility, professional people and kindness. I will definitely be back for future services.
If you are looking for top dollar parts and labor along with the luxurious waiting room, this is the place for you. Lots of staff there to help out. I brought a vehicle to them and the steering wheel motor needed to be replaced. Went back three different times; still not working. Have asked for a refund two times and of course, I have not heard anything back from them. Heading to the BBB. Stay away!
What a very clean, professional, and top notch mechanic business. Doug and his team have the most state of the art equipment and well trained technicians around. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for a honest and thorough experience. Thanks for taking care of my Son's truck, we'll be back for sure!
