Had a vehicle towed to this location at night to mechanical issues. They completed an inspection. It was work previously completed by another vendor. They recommended we contact the previous vendor who worked on vehicle and have it towed there. We did. That vendor picked up and towed, free of charge. It was nice to have the inspection. It mentioned a new battery. Our battery was still in warranty. Took my car here because it was leaking antifreeze. They said I needed a new radiator. Got the radiator car was still leaking antifreeze they said I needed new coolant lines. I got two separate opinions after that both saying I needed a water pump. Well getting my new water pump they said my coolant lines were just fine. It saved me $1,000 I will definitely not be taking my car here again

Customer service is bad at the Hefner location. I am starting a claim and all I’m getting is gaslighting information and not taking me serious. I stoped here to get an oil change a year ago, I recently went to Volkswagen dealership and had my oil change there. They told me and showed me that the oil pan bolt was stripped and needed to be replaced and that the culprit was the last place that did my oil change. Fixed my door fast and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Also gave me a good lead on a body shop. They have been keeping my old 4runner pieced together for years
