Always does an excellent job. This visit ran about an extra hour, but with all the great experiences I’ve had here over time, that small delay doesn’t take away from the consistently positive service.

Service is great and staff is very helpful
Made appt for coolant line to be replaced. Had lengthy convo with them about this PRIOR to making appt and taking in. Told them have the diagnostics from BMW, just wanted someplace closer to home. Of course once there, was told had another leak and they needed to run further diagnostics. I do not believe or trust as BMW just did diagnostics and I told them I have the video can share (BMW provides video of suggested work) they make $$$ running the diagnostic machine that pays for itself after 1-2 uses.
