Questionable… I bought new tires from a local tire dealer, they don’t do alignments at this dealer, but have a deal setup with Christian Brothers for a free alignment check and $10 off alignment if needed with the purchase of a set of tires. So after mounting the tires I make an appointment and take it here to get the alignment checked. I agree if the alignment is out that I will pay the over $100 required for the adjustments. 1st time customer, ignition problem and rear brakes/rotors on 2011 F150 Platinum. Dropped it off Thursday PM and it was ready to go on Friday PM. When I didn't think I would be able to pick it up before they closed, I was told that they would find a place inside to park it for the weekend. Turns out I made it in time, the repairs were complete, truck runs great, and they have a new customer. Service such as I received is hard to come by in today's world. Thank You CBA!
Yesterday, I brought my car in for an oil change on short notice, and also to address a couple of nagging issues, including an undiagnosed hissing sound. Since I needed to get to work, they arranged a ride for me. Throughout the day, they kept me updated on their diagnostic efforts. Although they were initially unable to pinpoint the source of the hissing, they went above and beyond by picking me up after work and having me ride along with them to further investigate.
