We have taken our Ford F-350 to the Thornton location 3 times. We don’t think it was ever taken in the shop to be analyzed. We were told to bring it in at 7 this morning and they would get back to us by 12, my husband drove by and the pickup hadn’t even been moved. Dean kept his back to him while he asked for the keys.
