BE AWARE OF 'CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVES'!!!! My husband and I took our car to "Christian Brothers Automotive" in the Woodlands, TX for the State Inspection. It passed inspection. We paid the inspection fees. When we inserted the car key into the Honda, it didn't start. We went back to the office and told Damian, Service Advisor, about it; so, he & another worker tried to start the car but had the same problem. The car wouldn't crank, even with a good battery. I made an appointment last Monday to bring my car today, Thursday, at 8 am for an alignment and oil change. I called at 3pm to check the status and was told it's still in the parking lot and they have not started working on it yet!! I made the appointment three days ago so I don't have to wait a whole day for a simple alignment. I will never take my cars back to them again.
