Really nice people I went to the shop for a free oil change plus an inspection plus fuel filter and water separator change on my 2020 3500 diesel. It should’ve took estimate was one and a half hours, two hours later I was handed my keys, I asked how much do I owe you for the fuel filter change? Oh well, my bad I guess we didn’t do the fuel filter change. SO 2 hours for an oil change. 😡😡😡
Excellent customer service, but expensive...just like most things today
Quick service. Friendly and professional. I felt the parts are overpriced, especially based on prices for OEM parts through online GM distributors.
My company vehicle was due for SEVERAL maintenance tasks. The Temple CBA staff was knowledgeable about how to access the Fleetio/Auto Integrate system. The waiting area (and shop) are neat, clean, and comfortable. Plan on becoming a repeat customer.
