We just relocated from north to GA. Received GA tag for our car. The bolts holding our old tag were rusted and we could not remove the bolts. Took the car to Christian Brothers in Suwanee. They tried to remove the bolts in the parking lot but could not remove them. Took the car in rhe shop. We were greeted in the waiting room with a warm smile and gave us cold water while waiting. Few minutes later, they brought the car out and with a smile gave us the keys ... and said "Have a wonderful day. No charge!"
Too expensive but great service
Top Notch!, Edwin and William provided us such great service. It really made our intake a great one. Addressed our concerns and made us comfortable in choosing to bring in our vehicle.
It was my first time with CBA and we had a great experience. We checked the reviews and had our car towed to them. They helped the tow truck getting my car onto a parking spot due to my car's electrical issues. We thought the problem was a broken starter and got the quote for the repair ahead of time. Turns out my battery was completely drained. Other places would probably have put a new starter on plus the charge for a new battery. I was visiting Suwanee when my skid plate started coming off (fault of another oil change provider from out of town). I stopped here to have it taken off and they were professional and very quick. I got a card to recommend them to my family that lives here. The young man with dark hair & glasses who helped me was exceptionally courteous and professional. If I lived here, I’d be back.
