I wanted to say Thank You to TJ for his outstanding customer service. He was very professional and kind helping me get my battery exchanged on my car. Again Thank You TJ for taking great care of me.
From the moment I walked in it was a vastly different experience from other automotive or dealer service places I have used. Fantastic service, great prices and their communication was top notch
Price was high, but service was great. The service rep TJ was personable and caring and provided a shuttle ride back home after I dropped the vehicle off. They completed repairs same day which made paying the premium price more palatable.
Inspection with pictures and videos. Bumper to bumper with all systems inbetween. Quality work at a fair price. Everything fully explained. No pressure. Friendly as all get out from beginning to end.
I had to bring my vehicle in for service several times within a few weeks. The staff has been so friendly. I used the shuttle service twice and both drivers were kind and professional, and I appreciate the ride home. Most recently my battery had died. I made it to the AutoZone next door but they wouldn't touch the battery in order to take it out and replace it.
