I brought my truck to this location via Carmax Warranty partnership. My truck was looked at on a Monday and the issue was found and reported to warranty. It took four business days to get approval on repairs. That part I understand is out of their hands. However, repairs were approved Thursday afternoon, parts were ordered and arrived for install to begin Monday. The shop did awesome job. Ricky is my go to.
I would not recommend this location based off of my experience. I took it in via Carmax warranty for repairs. After waiting four business days for the warranty to be approved, the shop was to begin work that Friday. I work down the street from this location so each day that following week I saw it sitting in the same parking spot that it was left in.
