First time there very welcoming and professional. Brad kept his word on pricing. Easy to make a appointment. They offer water and Snacks. And a courtesy shuttle. They have my business from now on.
I will never be coming back here. My car had a sudden catastrophic failure only two weeks into ownership at 25,000 miles. The warranty covered a full clutch and transmission replacement, but the service advisor Brad made the entire process miserable. Instead of focusing on the fact that my car was not drivable, he immediately tried to tell me warranty companies do not cover wear items like clutch disks.
