The experience was amazing from start to finish. From book an appointment where I felt so heard and cared for and during the appointment the line of communication was consistently open and transparent and being given a ride back home, then finishing up the service being given options for payment and a detailed breakdown of the cost. Had a great experience here! Brought in my Sequoia. Booked an appointment and waited in their large, clean lobby while they did the oil change/tire rotation service. It was quick, had a couple suggestions which I knew my truck did need. Keith reviewed them with me and showed me pictures. Added on some filter replacements and alignment. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely return!
These guys go above and beyond. A++++++ all the way. No pressure ever they deliver what is agreed to and stand behind their work. They also take care of things that go wrong while under their care they replaced my back window that somehow shattered while on their lot spontaneity. They did not even flinch they just took care of it immediately replaced same day as my service. Also my radiator cap broke while changing it and again they just took care of it no extra charge.
