I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive in South Scottsdale. They've earned my trust with every visit, whether it's for routine maintenance or an unexpected problem. The service is consistently fantastic from start to finish. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also highly professional and reliable.
I will never be coming back here. My car had a sudden catastrophic failure only two weeks into ownership at 25,000 miles. The warranty covered a full clutch and transmission replacement, but the service advisor Brad made the entire process miserable. Instead of focusing on the fact that my car was not drivable, he immediately tried to tell me warranty companies do not cover wear items like clutch disks.
