My first experience with Christian brothers was a pleasant surprise. They gave me upfront pricing. I bought tires battery, and an oil change. I found the pricing to be competitive and the service to be excellent. The second time I used them was with an air conditioning problem. This time they also were very thorough with the repair, which was very complicated. I was kept informed the whole time at different stages of the repair. They also have courtesy transportation.
I am highly disappointed in this company. My mother brought her car there and they charged a $90 diagnostic fee that was not included in repair for AC problem. They charged another $180 diagnostic fee to figure out the issue, again not waived when we did the repair. They mislead her into believing the problem would be fixed from the repair they suggested for the AC control panel. After they fixed it they said the compressor was broken and needed a compressor and confessor which would cost $1800 extra (competitor quote for $1... read more
