We chose Christian Brothers because of a recommendation from a friend. My guy needed to fix his air conditioner, with all of this heat lately, it is pretty important. He told them what he thought the issue was, so they said they would run a diagnostic and let him know. The part he thought it was was covered under warranty, so no big deal. They ran their diagnostics and had a few pages worth of items, most not covered. He authorized the warranty fixes, nothing listed about what he thought the issue was. I had great customer service at Christian Christian Bros . But even though We talked about the services I needed, and they confirmed that my brake rotors were perfectly fine and I just needed rear Pads they still tried to up, charge me and Told me after the fact that they could not do just the pads
I brought in my vehicle to have the A/C looked at. When I arrived the advisor informed me that to have the issue looked at it would be 200.00 (Not advertised anywhere on their website) But I said okay, does that charge go towards the repair cost? No it doesnt. Then the advisor states that because I have an interlock on my vehicle it would cost an additional 197.00 to EVEN HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT.
