Went in for a censor check at 10:20am with an 11am appointment. Told all is good, but needed an oil change and cabin flyer change at 1:09pm. Text saying your “advisor” would contact with details at 1:38pm. No call so I had to contact them to tell them to proceed with work. 4pm comes around (2 hours later) and I have to call to find out the work still has not been completed and to be told by so called “advisor” had left for the day.
