I’m very impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive from Front counter to the shop. They are there to make sure to meet any of your automotive needs! I went there for front end alignment check and was told that it was in the specs and I didn’t need any an adjustments. They told me no charge.
I had an oil change and asked them to do their courtesy inspection, they were quick to get my car in and out and said it was all good. Later that week my breaks sounded bad so I went back and they told me that it was metal on metal. Come to find out they failed to look at my breaks while doing the inspection. Out side of that they were professional and great at communicating.
Service was great! My vehicle was inspected and diagnosed within 1 hour of bringing it in. The entire air conditioning unit was replaced by end of the day with a 3 year 36 mile warranty. Staff was courteous and very professional. Highly recommend! Thank you.
CBA delivered exceptional service and kept me updated every step of the way during my repairs. While I was initially devastated to learn that a prior shop’s work had caused an oil leak, this team reassured me with their thoroughness and professionalism.
