I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the service and kindness this team has provided. Our 2018 Buick has turned out to be a lemon for us, but the staff CBC Shiloh has given above and beyond to keep me on the road! Thanks, team, for working with us to keep me safe and rolling! We had a great experience from the beginning to the completion of the work being done. Christian Brothers has a very clean and professional lobby/ waiting and service area. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional great communication in person, phone, and through texting. Took our truck in for new tires and a worn pitman arm, also found out we needed two new tie rods after the inspection.
