From the first day when I called them to discuss what all would be entailed in order to repair my Pontiac G6, I was quite impressed by the level of professionalism they displayed. Up front pricing and the exact steps that would be followed on the path to my repair. The diagnostic exam was very detailed and allowed them to be able to explain everything in simple terms with me and not just spit out a bunch of vehicle jargon at me as if I was a mechanic myself. Overpriced, Disrespectful and Unprofessional!!! The tall skinny guy at the counter was rude not just once to me but several times. I was in the waiting room and a customer came in and they had a conversation about his car issues... The guy walked out to his car and he mocked the guy to the other two behind the counter making fun of him... First red flag. Friendly and great communication, however the prices were higher than I would’ve hoped. I was also told there were some things wrong with the vehicle that I got second opinions on.. some were accurate while some did not need done at all. I had everything done for far cheaper than the estimate that they gave me elsewhere. Won’t be back, which is disappointing as I live 2 minutes away.
