I had a great experience. The people were courteous and eager to help. They kept me well informed about the repairs I needed and when my vehicle would be ready. They even sent their courtesy driver to my home to retrieve a spare key needed for troubleshooting purposes. I would take my vehicle here again.
Evan quoted me $450 for a battery and programming. He stated he wasn't sure if that was before or after tax. After a 45 minute drive in the pouring rain, Colby stated Evan was gone for the day and it would be $600. Colby offered an insulting 1st time customer discount of $30. 10% off would of gotten us closer. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this place.
Christian Bros. Experience was great. They explain everything in an easy to understand way, with it all written up. They were courteous, professional, helpful and we will be using again.
