I brought a car, that I was considering buying, to CBA for them to run a diagnostic test; from I time I entered until the time I departed, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! They were fast, knowledgeable and kind. I will refer everyone I know to CBA!
The guys did it again! I had a loud rattling noise underneath my vehicle near the exhaust and thought it might be something serious. Turns out it was simply a loose screw at the exhaust manifold and exhaust flange. They tightened it up, handed me my key, and sent me on my way — no hassle, no charge.
