We used Christian Brothers for our daycare van and could not have been happier with the work and service they provided! It’s hard to find someone who works on daycare vans - let alone someone you can trust! They truly met the mark and went above and beyond to get the job done right, well, and in stellar time!
Don’t take your vehicle here!!! They will take advantage of you. I needed a battery and they tried to charged me $511. Yes you read that right. I can buy the battery for less than $250 from a parts store and they will replace it for free. They also charge $90 to “test” the battery. The “test” doesn’t go towards the parts and labor. Complete rip off. How do you stay in business? Ended up at Logo Automotive and I will start giving them my business.
3 grand for a catalytic converter
Really good first time experience. One thing I will share is that I expected someone to walk me through the service details. I received a text message saying someone would call to discuss but that didn’t happen. Not a big deal because my service was routine. I also could’ve asked upon pick up. Again, not a huge deal since it was routine. Just slightly different from going to the dealership.
I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received at Christian Brothers Shadow Creek Ranch. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the repairs clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. It's rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such great care for their customers. Thank you for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back and will recommend you to others!
