Tech was nice the front counter guy not so much he seemed very much like he didn’t care. While I understand these types of shops want to follow each step of you know what’s wrong or if I tell them what is wrong I would like an option to skip the $500+ BS steps to say okay well your probably right and that repair is 3,000+. I got a mobile mechanic to get the job done for 2,000 and they replaced a lot more. Just different experiences I should of go to mobile option first.
Around July 3rd our AC system quit blowing cold so I brought the car in for what I thought would be a routine repair. We had to replace the AC compressor and 3 days later the evaporator went out, not the best news but fine. (Not completely sure the evap was checked during initial diag). Took the car back and had the evap and expansion valve replaced. We received the car back and found multiple issues.
