My car was broken and they diagnosed the problem quickly then did a full inspection of my vehicle. They took care of everything with my warranty company which I appreciate. The owner drove me where I needed to go bc I had no one to help. Brad and Justin are all stars kept me updated throughout the whole process. I live 60 miles north of Prescott. I was working in the Prescott area and was on a tight schedule of appointments. The plastic shield covering the front underside of my Ford Escape broke loose and was dragging on the ground.
