I was very pleased when I came to your place on a recommendation for a second opinion on water pump replacement. After a thorough inspection, it was confirmed that the water pump did need replacing which they did plus rear brakes and evaluation of my sound system. As a retired person in my 80s, I will return as a customer.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and honest diagnostics. I appreciate the time and care that you all took to look over my vehicle and for the detailed report on what was found. You were also very up front about what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and what wasn't a concern at all, without being pushy and trying to sell on parts and services. Though I couldn't afford what was listed in my quote, you gave me a goal to save up for and prioritize future repairs. I am grateful for the honest work you've done!
