I took it in for a simple oil change and after their "inspection" they determined I needed over $6000 worth of work. They told me my drain plug wouldnt fit back into my oil pan so I needed a new pan. $1700. I couldnt take my car home without this being done. I was held hostage at that point. Luckily I know a mobile mechanic who said I just needed a bigger drain plug and all would be fine. $25. He came to the place and did that for me. Over a month later and everything is still fine. Amazing service and honest!!! I will never take my car anywhere else! I love that they send you pictures and details about everything from under the hood to the tires. The technician thought I’d need my air filter changed based on the miles and when they got in there it wasn’t necessary. They are so thorough and again, honest!
