This was the first time I have taken my vehicle to Christian Brothers and my experience was exceptional. I will definitely be taking our family cars there from now on. Their team was professional and friendly. I was immediately impressed with the contemporary and CLEAN reception/waiting area that included guest WiFi (great for my kids) and a coffee bar. The courtesy shuttle is a fantastic benefit as well as texted updates related to vehicle service. I will definitely recommend to my friends!
Seems you pay for what you get and yes pretty much the same as dealer costs but with more attention to the customer side of the experience. NOW - That is true - almost like being harassed but supposedly in a good way. My car had a small shake in the steering when in gear so took it back in - same great service. Got the meet the great auto tech and he drove me and we talked about the shake. I know my car and he agreed - so they did some troubleshooting and we are done (at no cost to me).
