Short story, I took my 2014 RAM to another shop for a water leak. After fixing the problem at the other shop, the truck didn't want to start. It took them two months and could not get it started. Then I took the truck to the Dodge dealer, and it took them two weeks to get back to me, they refused to diagnose or service the truck because the said it didn't have original parts.
