I was treated like a person, I was told about the repairs prior to the work. Again, I was treated like a person not a purse with legs.
These guys are great. Helped me out when my car messed up driving from Florida to Arkansas. Definitely 10/10 recommend
Christian Brothers Automotive is awesome! I had an issue that I needed fixed before a trip the next day and they got me in first thing and had my car fixed by that afternoon. Their office is clean and they’re well-dressed and polite. The price was great and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing service in the Prattville area! Extra note: They also shuttled me to Chick-fil-A so I could grab lunch while I waited on the repairs. Truly over the top incredible service!
The staff/customer service is top notch! Nice, clean facility with a wonderful waiting area. They always shuttle me home & pick me up once my car is done but honestly, I just want to relax in the waiting area. As for the actual service, PRISTINE! They communicated with me every step of the way, sent photos, and explained in detail when I asked for clarification. Just a great bunch of people who are doing great work.
