I appreciate Christian Brothers Automotive! They were upfront on everything that’s wrong with my vehicle. Very honest men and more importantly,they’re Christians! I did set an appointment for them to perform work on my car. My prayers are that it’s something simple. Thank you so much. God bless
So happy to find Christian Brothers in Polaris! It was our first, but certainly not last, time to have our vehicle serviced by CBG. Each member that we interfaced with gave us a feeling of confidence and I highly recommend having your vehicles serviced by them.
Christian Brothers has the best customer service of any automotive place I have ever experienced. When I walked in, both people behind the desk were on the phone. A gentleman from an office (presumably a manager) immediately came out front, welcomed me, offered me water and said one of them would be with me as soon as they were off the phone. I went years without air conditioning in my car because the dealership told me that they were the only ones that could fix ac in a car with a hybrid system and quoted me an outrageous price I couldn’t afford. This summer has already been so hot and I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I did some research and was recommended to come here by a family member. Don't take your car to these guys. They wouldn’t take responsibility for a problem that occurred while they worked on the car and wanted to do further unnecessary work. I took my car in after an engine light came on. Auto zone gave me a code that suggested it was O2 sensor issue. Christian brothers replaced the part with an off brand sensor to save me some costs on parts. Got the car back and engine light was still on, although the car seemed to run well.
