Wow, just wow. I was really surprised by how much a tire rotation and oil change cost. Felt like I needed to get a loan; it was way overpriced. Disappointed that the diagnostic fee doesn't go toward the cost of repair if you choose to get the work done, like most places. Was told I needed spark plugs, and the price was way too much. When I said I would do it myself, I felt the pushback. I heard the tech mumble, " Why didn't you do your own oil change?" At those prices, I will next time or go somewhere else. Engine light appeared - chugged along - afraid it might be major - our only car -needed service near me - Christian Brothers was less than a mile away - got me in immediately- diagnosed the problem - updated via text - ok’d the repair - all wrapped in 4 hours - walked back to get it - even though they offered me a ride to and from - CB is now my repair shop - thought the price was in line.

My car died. I thought it was the starter. They confirmed and completed the repair. Great service, and excellant communication!!
Amazing friendly staff!! They kept me updated with each step and was quicker in resolving my issue than I anticipated. Reasonably priced and will definitely go back for any additional work that will be needed in the future! They also provide shuttle service if you need a ride back or or to work. Thanks again! 10 out of 10!!!
