Edit: While my initial impression of this auto shop impressed me and exceeded my expectations, unfortunately I feel my initial experiences were probably because I was a newer customer. Honest and professional staff super friendly. I made a last-minute appointment they accommodated me with open arms, even had time to do a few minor repairs that were needed. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for honest and trustworthy auto repairs or maintenance

I appreciated that the staff were courteous and that the inspection report was detailed, but I was disappointed with the diagnostic process behind a major transmission recommendation. I brought in my 2019 Suburban for a specific rumble-strip type vibration under load and paid for a Level 2 transmission diagnostic. The conclusion was that the transmission had advanced internal failure and should be replaced for roughly $8,000.
