Excellent shop with a focus on customer service. They’ll even give you a lift if you drop off your vehicle! Brought my truck in for a diagnostic after another shop replaced all four of my wheel bearings, but didn’t fix the problem. The crew at CB were thorough and even took my input when replicating the sound I was hearing Turns out one of the new rear bearings failed. CB turned it around in a day and my truck is driving great! As always , a service was great at Christian Brothers on south Parker road. I came in for an oil change, and the team found a few recommendations to take care of in the future. There was no immediate pressure to do it now. Josh is a great customer service guy. He's always polite, thorough, and remembers my name.
My dad took his truck here for an oil change. He usually does his own oil changes, but it wasn't feasible this time logistics-wise. I suggested going here as we have gone here for years and he was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and quality of work.
